NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory has released video of the latest addition to its growing line-up of robots, RoboSimian!
Nicknamed "Clyde," the odd-looking bot was unveiled in December at the DARPA Robotics Challenge,
where he demonstrated "four general-purpose limbs and hands capable of
both mobility and manipulation," and came in fifth place out of 16
entries.
See how he fares in disaster-response situations in the clip below from JPL. He isn't quite as fearsome as PETMAN, but he does offer some remarkably apelike moves.

ReplyDeleteYes,this robot is outstanding.He can walk though all obstacles on the way.Due to four limbs ,he can perform some human activities also.
